A.Venkata Subramani, Manager Admin

MR.A.Venkata Subramani is having more than four decades of experience in various fields like Admin, Accounts and Personnel Department. Currently he is managing entire Office administration and Employee – Employer Relationship. He is taking care of legal activities, agreements etc

C.Raghu, Area Manager - Operations

Mr.C.Raghu has nearly two decade of experience in the field of facility management. He worked with Apollo Hospital in transportation department for more than 8 years. Then he joined as a Facility Manager at Trident Facility Management. He joined with Neatt and Clean in 2008. He individually handles 8 sites with more than 150 employees, 5 coordinators and 10 supervisors.

D.C.Shatish Aswin, : Asst.Manager– Admin

Mr.D.C.Shatish Aswin has completed his under graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Post Graduation in MBA - Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is having 4+ years of experience in various fields including CRO, Sales, Admin, Operations and Accounts. Currently he is handling all Admin related activities and responsible for accounts. He is having very good knowledge in Service Tax and plays a major role in Auditing. He also takes up the additional responsibility of business development.

P.K.Shanmugam, Asst.Manager -Quality

Mr.P.K.Shanmugam leads Neatt and Cleans’ major growth practices on facility services across our focus industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Quality and Maintenance). He is a hard and smart worker who also works as a personnel assistant to MD. He voluntarily takes up the responsibility of maintaining quality in our sites. Previously he worked for Murugappa Group of industries as a Supervisor-Production and Maintenance. In that role he supervised the production of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) apart from this he handled maintenance along with bank work.

V.Shri Rajendran, Area Manager - Operations

Mr.V.Shri Rajendran who completed his Diploma in Hotel Management has more than a decade of experience in the field of housekeeping. Previously he worked for UDS as an Executive - Facility Management. He individually handled more than 130 workers and 10 supervisors. He received best employee award twice, Star employee award once and Best Behavior award once during his tenure of one and half years with UDS. He has vast experience in maintaining hotels, swimming pool, restaurant and banquet hall.

R.Ashwin, Sr.Exe - Human Resource i/c Marketing

Mr.R.Ashwin has around 6+ years of experience in the field of Human Resource. He holds double Post graduation degree in HR and Training and Development. He started his career as a Recruiter and worked as HR Generalist in M V Hospital for Diabetes and BE WELL HOSPITALS P LTD. Currently he is handling Talent Acquisition, T&D, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Retention, Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliances. He also takes up the additional responsibility of business development.
